Driveway Materials & Finishes
Choose the right finish for your home, budget, and day to day use.

Resin bound
A smooth, modern finish that suits contemporary and traditional homes. Resin bound is fully bonded, so it looks tidy, feels stable underfoot, and needs little upkeep year-round.

Tarmac
A cost-effective surface with a clean, simple look. Tarmac installs quickly, performs well in wet weather, and suits long runs, shared drives, and high-use parking areas.

Monoblock
A classic choice with lots of colours and laying patterns. Monoblock works well for most budgets, repairs easily, and lets you add borders, curves, and feature bands.

Gravel
A practical option for rural or traditional settings. Gravel stays permeable and keeps costs down. We can improve stability with the right base and edging to reduce movement.

Natural Stone
For a high-end look with natural variation. Stone setts and flags bring character and age well. Ideal if you want a driveway that matches period features or stonework.

Nidagravel
A stabilised gravel system that helps stop ruts and migration. It keeps the natural gravel look while improving firmness underfoot and under tyres, with a permeable finish.

Design Features
Small details make the difference between a basic drive and a finished entrance. These options help with water management, safer access, and a sharper look.
Contrasting borders
Define edges and frames. Borders help keep lines crisp, protect edges from wear, and lift the finished look, especially with monoblock and stone.
Integrated drainage
Plan levels from day one. Use channels, falls, and permeable finishes where suitable, so surface water moves to the right place, not towards doors or garages.
Pattern inlays
Add detail without making the driveway busy. Use feature bands, circles, or simple geometric panels to mark bays, entrances, or turning points.
LED lighting
Improve visibility and safety at night. Low-level lighting can highlight edges, steps, and entrances, and helps drivers line up parking areas in winter.
Bespoke driveway designs
Layout options that fit your plot, parking needs, and access.

Sweeping curved driveways
Curves soften the front of a property and guide vehicles in a natural line. Works well with resin, monoblock, and stone, plus planting beds to break up hard surfaces.
Turning circles
A turning circle helps you enter and exit safely, especially on busy roads. We size it for your vehicles and use feature detailing to make it look intentional, not like an add-on.
Sloped and tiered driveways
Slopes need the right build-up, grip, and drainage. We shape levels to control runoff, reduce pooling, and keep the driveway safe under tyres and underfoot in wet weather.
Multi-car parking areas
Create clear bays with smart turning space. We plan the layout around how you actually park, including door opening space, bin access, and easy access to front door.
Gated entrance driveways
A driveway can work as part of a secure entrance. We plan widths, pillars, and turning space so gates feel practical day to day, with surfaces that handle frequent turning.
Combined driveway and patio schemes
Link the driveway and front entrance with matching materials and detailing. This gives a joined-up look and helps you manage levels, drainage, and access routes in one plan.
